If you receive your product and it is damaged in any way we will review and replace it.
- As soon as you open the damaged product, leave it how you found it, and take pictures of the damage. Take pictures of all sides and of the date and lot numbers.
- Send an email to Quality (email@example.com) with your Name, ID number, and order number. Also, include a brief description of what the defect is and include the photos you took.
*We will not replace a product that was damaged by the customer, only products that were damaged in the process of shipping.
