Q: What is Sponsorship?
A: Sponsorship refers to an Associate who is the direct upline to the enrolled Associate.
Q: What is Placement?
A: Placement” refers to one’s placement in their TruVision organization. One associate or customer may be placed lower in an organization then the Sponsor, however the placement cannot be above the Sponsor.
Q: How does Sponsorship & Placement effect commissions?
A: Fast Start Commissions and Unilevel Check Match are paid out to the sponsor. Unilevel Commissions are paid out through placement.
Q: Can Associates be moved?
A: Yes, they can be moved if the request has come in within the first 72 business hours of any Associate signing up. Simply fill out the Simple Sponsor change form located in the team office, or in the link below. Once the form is complete, send it to compliance@truvisionhealth.com and the change will be made. Q: How to change the Placement of an Associate?
A: If you are looking to change the placement only for an associate in your personally sponsored downline, and they have been enrolled less then 72 business hours, you can fill out the Placement Change form located in the team office, or in the link below.
