Scheduled Transactions and Settings:
When you log in to your team office, you will see 5 headings across the top of the screen:
*From the mobile site, please select "Menu" to see the headings.
Click on "Financial Tools" then select "Scheduled Transactions". Doing so will show a drop-down menu, like so:
From here, Associates can schedule PayHub transfers in advance by clicking on “Create New Schedule”.
After Clicking, follow the steps from the transfers section of this section to finish setting up the scheduled transfer
**Please note the scheduled transaction transfer will run each time an associate receives a commissions check. Keep in mind that if the transaction date is set to today, it most likely will not process until the following business day.
From the setting tab, Associates can change their specified email for PayHub emails. Associates can also set up email alerts when Payouts arrive and/or their account drops into a low balance by selecting a minimum balance.
