Section 3 of "Associate Tools" is "SmartShip". This was also known as "SmartShip" at one point. This section has 3 reports available to you:
Manage SmartShip: This is where you can go to manage or change your own SmartShip.
**To cancel your SmartShip, you need to reach out to our Customer Service Reps. You can do this via call (801-281-7420), email (email@example.com), or chat (fastest and most efficient way).
SmartShip History: This is where you can go to see your previously processed SmartShips. You will see information regarding the order number, the date processed, total cost, the status of the order, and the total Personal Volume amount associated with that order.
SmartShip Rewards: SmartShip rewards are points given to you to use towards products on future purchases.This is where you can go to see how many points you've earned from each SmartShip. Points are determined off of the total PV amount on each successful SmartShip, 10% to be exact.
For example, if your SmartShip has 75 PV on it, you will receive 7.5 points. If your SmartShip has 125 PV on it, you will receive 12.5 points.
