Active status: Acquiring by any means (personal purchases, and or Retail customers) 75 personal volume (pv) or more in a given calendar month.
Associate: An individual who has paid the $35 enrollment/associate fee and has the potential to be qualified to earn commissions from TruVision Health.
Commissions Qualified: Having personal Volume (through personal purchases or Retail Customers) of 100 pv or more during the calendar month.
Commissionable Volume: Volume that is used to calculate commissions (cv).
Commission Reversals: When commissions are clawed back due to a return of product.
Downline: The customers and associates that are singed up underneath an associate.
Fast Start Volume: This is volume that is produced when your downline purchase their FIRST Fast Start Pack. This volume is only paid out once, on the Wednesday following the purchase.
Group Volume: This is volume that is produced by your downlines purchase after their Fast Start Packs. This is paid out on the Unilevel commissions.
Personal Volume: Volume that is used to determine active status with TruVision.
Preferred Customer: An individual who has chosen to be on Autoship Status and earns a discount on the purchase of product, they have not paid the wholesale associate fee, and are not qualified to receive commissions. Preferred Customers can be upgraded at anytime.
Retail Customer: A person or business entity that has chosen to purchase products from TruVision and who does not commit to any recurrent purchases.
Sponsorship: The credit for enrolling a person or business entity into TruVision Health.
Unilevel: Commissions are generally paid out on based on the volume of the level. See compensation plan.
Upline: The person and everyone that is above you in the organization.
