In the second section of "Associate Tools", you will find the "Ordering" section. There are 2 reports here:
Place An Order: This is where an Associate can place an order without the SmartShip option.
Order History: This report will display your personal orders. It will also display any orders by your Preferred Customers and personally enrolled Retail Customers. Information shown in the report includes the date of purchase, total cost, the order number, the customer's name, and the tracking number associated with the order.
