What is SmartShip?
An SmartShip is a monthly shipment of the products of your choice. If you are trying to decide if an SmartShip is right for you, check out the perks of a SmartShip listed below.

How do I set up my SmartShip?
1. First log into your back office at truvisionhealth.com. Every associate has a back office where they can manage their account.
2. On the left hand side of the Team Office Home page, you will see "QUICKLINKS". Beneath "QUICKLINKS", You will click on "Manage SmartShip". You can also go to "Associate Tools" and select "Autoship" and then select "Manage Autoship".
then click on the blue button that says "Continue." This will bring you to a page of TruVision products that are available for SmartShip.
3. When choosing which products you would like in your SmartShip, make sure to type the quantity in the boxes to the right of each.
When you are finished adding your desired products, you will scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Next"
4. This will bring you to an ADDRESS VERIFICATION page to ensure that the shipping address is correct. Once verified click "next."
5. It will then ask you to verify which shipping method you would like for your SmartShip. After deciding which is best for you, click "next" to be brought to the PAYMENT INFORMATION page.
6. Here you will enter/choose the card that you would like to be charged. (Please note: This card will be charged monthly unless changed or canceled.)
7. Lastly, you will be taken to the SmartShip page which will verify the item, address, and the shipping method chosen.
How do I change my Current SmartShip?
1. To change your current SmarShip you will first log into your back office at truvisionhealth.com. Every associate has a back office where they can manage their account.
2. On the left hand side of the backoffice Home page, you will see QUICKLINKS. Beneath QUICKLINKS, You will click on "Manage SmartShip".
3. Your current SmartShip info, including your Next Shipping Date, Shipping Address, Payment Information, and products will appear on this page. To change any of this information you will click on the pencil/edit button to the right of to section you wish to update.
4. To change the products in your SmartShip, you will use the "add / remove items" button at the bottom of the page.
5. This will bring you to a page of TruVision products that are available for SmartShip. When choosing which products you would like to add/remove in your SmartShip, make sure to type the quantity in the boxes to the right of each.
*To remove a product from SmartShip, change the quantity of that item to 0.
When you are finished adding your desired products, you will scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save"
6. The next page will ask you to choose your desired shipping method. Once you decide which method is best for you, click "Save" one last time.
7. After clicking save you will be redirected to the Manage SmartShip page, where you can verify all of the information that you have updated.
